About Me
I’ve spent more than twenty years in plating, machining, and large format component manufacturing, working everywhere from the shop floor to the executive level. Over that time I have built and scaled supply chains, managed multi million dollar operations, and helped OEM teams solve real production, quality, and cost challenges.
I’ve learned that the best results come from understanding both sides of the equation. Engineering needs precision. Operations need clarity and flow. Suppliers need alignment. When all three work together, projects move faster, problems stay small, and teams win.
At CMP, I bring this mix of experience and perspective to every customer we support. Whether it is a single part or a full program, my goal is to connect you with the right capabilities, the right supplier, and the right process so you get exactly what you need without the noise.

About Me
After my professional football career ended in 1979 due to knee injuries, I moved into manufacturing and spent more than three decades as a partner and owner in both sewn-goods production and industrial machining. Those years taught me the value of disciplined processes, quality control, and strong operational leadership.
I founded Creative Manufacturing Partners (CMP) in 2017. What began with seven trusted vendors has grown steadily as customer needs expanded. Each time a new capability was required, we searched, interviewed, and vetted suppliers until we found the right fit. Our standard has never changed: disciplined operations, consistent quality, and reliable delivery.
Over the past nine years, we have evaluated more than 150 manufacturing facilities and built a network of over 45 partners covering machining, fabrication, heat treat, grinding, coating, and other specialized processes.
TEAM CMP takes on challenges we know we can support, and we are honest about the ones that fall outside our scope. We work in real time with dependable partners and deliver results our customers can count on.
